Our products are proven to deliver ultra skin nutrition. We also understand that most people can be either skeptical or just don’t know about us and how our products can help them. 

One of the best ways for us to reach others and is through our existing customers sharing their Serum Laboratory experience with friends, family and colleagues - in return, we want to say thanks with our refer a friend rewards. 

> Refered people must make a purchase with us for the referee to receive their rewards points.
> Referred customers receive $20 OFF their first purchase and can also earn their own Serum Rewards Points.

How Does this Work?
> Simply click on the Serum Rewards button panel below.
> Click on 'ways to earn' and 'refer a friend'.
> Copy the unique referral code and share this with your friends, family or colleagues via text message, email or share via message or post on your favourite social platform.

They simply need to click the link and follow the prompts. Use of your unique referal code enables Serum Rewards Points to be applied to your account (code cannot be used for personal purchases).

Earn a one time reward point boost for simply writing a review based on your experience with Serum Laboratory products. Please note that review rewards can only be earnt once.Simply visit our home page and click on write a review.

> Earn 200 Serum Rewards Points for a written product review
> Earn 300 points for a written product review that also includes with photo or video.

4 - Connect with Us

Earn additional reward simply for connecting with Serum Laboratory.

Please note that sign up/subscription and social media rewards points can only be earnt once and removing/undoing these options will result in points being removed from your account.

> Earn 200 points when you sign up a new account with Serum Laboratory and include email marketing subscribe
> Earn 100 points when you like/follow the Serum Laboratory Facebook page.
> Earn 100 points when you like/follow the Serum Laboratory Instagram page.

How To Claim

Your can accumulate your rewards points and redeem them at any stage by;

Redeem on future purchases.
The option to redeem points will be provided at checkout. Simply select the number of points you want to redeem and this will be applied to your purchase. Depending on your rewards balance, you will receive a discount on your purchase OR recieve the product/s for free! 

And yes, even when you redeem points on a purchase, you will earn more rewards points based on the purchase criteria (refer point 1 above).

1.0 - Accumulated rewards points can be used towards future Serum Laboratory purchases only.
2.0 - Points are not transferrable or redeemable for cash at any stage.
3.0 - Rewards points can only be redeemed on full retail price items only - cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer (this excludes any Australian based free shipping offers).
